This promotion is available exclusively to new patients who have not previously received services at Courtesy Family Dental.
To qualify, the promotion must be mentioned at the time of scheduling or during the patient’s initial visit.
Promotion is valid for appointments scheduled and completed through June 1, 2025.

Exclusions:
